WHEN DO YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE FACILITY THE DAY OF THE WEDDING?

DO YOU ALLOW ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS?
YES, WE ALLOW A 2 HOUR SCHEDULED PHOTO-SHOOT WITH YOUR VENUE RENTAL
DO YOU ALLOW ALCOHOL?
YES, WE ALLOW BEER AND WINE ONLY AND IT MUST BE SERVED BY ONE OF OUR LICENSED BARTENDERS.
WHAT IS THE MAX CAPACITY INSIDE THE VENUE?
INSIDE OUR RECEPTION AREA WE CAN SEAT UP TO 150 COMFORTABLY.
ARE WE ALLOWED A REHEARSAL THE DAY BEFORE?
YOU ARE ALLOWED A TWO HOUR REHEARSAL WITH YOUR RENTAL. ACCESS TIME WILL DEPEND ON WHICH PACKAGE YOU CHOOSE.
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK OUR DATE?
FOR A FULL DAY RENTAL THERE IS A $1000.00 NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE AND THAT SECURES YOUR DATE. FOR AN ELOPEMENT THERE IS A $500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE.
CAN WE BRING IN OUTSIDE VENDORS?
YES, WE ALLOW OUTSIDE VENDORS. HOWEVER, WE RECOMMEND YOU USE OUR VENDORS THAT WE HAVE ON OUR PREFERRED VENDORS LIST.
DO YOU PROVIDE LINENS?
YES we provide linens.

The venue is gorgeous! There are several places on the land perfect for an outdoor ceremony so you can have a choice! The location is easy to find. Plenty of parking and room within the venue building. I already have my wedding scheduled here and Christy has been so helpful with any questions and concerns I have!
